MIG / GMAW
MIG/GMAW, also known as wire welding, is a common type of welding that uses an electric arc between metal and a wire electrode to melt and fuse the parts together. In the MIG and GMAW processes, a continuous solid wire electrode travels through the welding gun and a shielding gas, protecting against air contaminants. This welding process can be used on thick and thin sheets of metal, aluminium, and other nonferrous materials.
